About Edgewood College

Edgewood College is a Dominican Catholic liberal arts college in Madison, which is Wisconsin state's capital and the county seat of Dane County, housing over 235 600 people, wihin its limits, as estimated during the 2009 census, which makes it the 2nd largest city in the state, and the 81st largest one in USA.

The college was established in 1927 and currently offers its students more than 60 majors and over 40 minors, plus opportunity for individualized programs, as well as study abroad.

Athletics

Edgewood's athletic teams are known as the Eagles and they compete in NCAA Division III. Their distinctive colors are black, white and red, and their mascot is Eddy the Eagle.
